Essential II: Progression to Appraisals. 

SOIG Essential II is an appraisal tool that simplifies the critical job of evaluating work and culture alignment, based on the individual balanced scorecards in the Essential I design canvases of individuals and project teams.  Essential II combines appraisals with the tools comprised in Essential I.
