2) composing and operationalizing clear and accurate mission, vision, and values, and
3) the level of knowledge, experience, and skill necessary to prepare and communication performance appraisals that promote positive valence for work and the manager/direct report relationship,
4) the number of participants, and
5) the availability internal trainers who can participate in trainer-the-trainer training (which would accelerate on-boarding).
